ks444 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Carefully

By accessing the ks444 platform in any manner — whether by registering an account, placing a bet, depositing funds, or simply browsing — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use ks444 in any capacity.
• You confirm that gambling is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances or winnings. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• You must notify ks444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

All financial transactions on ks444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ks444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Transaction processing times and applicable fees (if any) are displayed at the point of transaction. ks444 does not charge fees on standard local wallet transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day may be subject to limits set by ks444 or by your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes under standard conditions for local mobile wallet transactions. Processing times for card withdrawals may vary.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered to the same verified account holder. ks444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• ks444 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to the ks444 account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt. ks444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
